Hello, today I have a nice starter character for someone. He's off to a decent start and can go several routes, depending on your liking.
Some highlights:
Drones V (can train T2 drones)
2.5 mil in Electronics
2 mil in Engineering
T2 Heavy Missiles
Can also use the overloading/nanite repair features for those "in a pinch" situations.
Pilots many ships, including:
Inty/Covert Ops
HAC
Recon
Heavy Interdictor
Currently training "Long Range Targeting" to level 5 (for Logistics skill book)
Includes +3 implants for Intelligence, Perception, Memory, & Willpower(minus Charisma)
Current Attributes:
Intelligence : 24 points
Perception : 21 points
Charisma : 10 points
Willpower : 17 points
Memory : 19 points
Included are multiple assorted assets. Mostly interceptors, haulers, and mods that are spread out through empire which were left behind after campaigns.
Security Status: 4.09
No Kill Rights

Starting bid: 1.2 bil
Bid Increments: Whatever (makes no difference)
No Reserve, but I have an idea of what this character is worth, and would like to reach near that amount.
Reasonable buyout offers will be considered; and I reserve the right to sell the character at a moments notice if the right offer is presented.
Auction will run for 5 days unless buyout is accepted.
I will pay transfer fee.
Character accepting isk will be: RogueMistress

Spoke to Andamarr in game, 3 bil buyout was not accepted...but his bid is now the highest bid @ 3 bil.

Update:
Previous high bidder won another auction. Auction time is over and my personal reserve is above the 2nd highest bid (2.5 bil)
Feel free to make a buyout offer here/in game...otherwise, auction will be officially closed until a later date.
